What is SpeakUp?

SpeakUp is a safe place where anyone (Sandoz associates or third parties) can raise concerns about potential misconduct. SpeakUp is managed by the Sandoz Ethics, Risk & Compliance organization and guarantees that all concerns will be acted upon with the highest ethical standards.

How do I report a concern?

You can report a concern online or by telephone in multiple languages by clicking the links above. Sandoz associates can also contact any manager or their People & Organization, Corporate Security, Ethics, Risk & Compliance, Privacy or Legal representative to share a concern.

What happens after I report a concern?

Your report will be reviewed by the Sandoz SpeakUp office which will determine further actions, including referral for investigation or review. Investigations are fact based, confidential, impartial, and handled in accordance with the Sandoz SpeakUp Investigations Handbook.

Commitment to non-retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation in any form. Associates who raise a potential misconduct concern, assist, or provide information during an investigation, or otherwise act in good faith in the best interests of Sandoz will be protected against retaliatory action. Any form of retaliation reported will be investigated and remediated with the strongest measures.

Commitment to anonymity and confidentiality

We encourage you to speak up freely and share your identity, however, we appreciate that you may choose to remain anonymous. All good faith concerns you report will be kept confidential, if not otherwise required by law.

Who administers the SpeakUp web portal and hotline reporting process?

The SpeakUp web portal and hotline are administered by an independent company NAVEX. This portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotline can accommodate calls in more than 30 languages.
